Positions:
General Manager - Our general managers are responsible for the day to day activities of their assigned club. Responsibilities require the ability to oversee and manage a team of managers and sales staff as well as a staff of up to 100. They handle all aspects including guest services, business analysis, human resources, payroll, inventory, and cost control. Excellent people and communication skills are a must. Each general manager is highly compensated with an attainable bonus program and is provided with a SAAB convertible company car.
Managers - Our managers report directly to the general manager and are responsible for specific areas of the business as well as staffing management shifts. We maintain a staff of both salaried and hourly managers to ensure that our guests have a great experience while visiting our clubs.
Bartenders - The lifeblood of our business. We take great pride in the quality and dedication of our bartending staff. They are trained on the latest techniques, new drinks and state regulations. Our bartenders are the BEST in the industry! They interact directly or indirectly with every one of our guests. They work hard and receive excellent compensation through the generosity of our patrons.
Wait-staff - Known throughout New England as the hottest, hardest working staff in the business. Our wait-staff does anything and everything to ensure guest satisfaction. We require our servers to be outgoing and personable with a direct dedication to guest satisfaction.
Cooks - Our menu requires cooks with experience in light fare. While we specialize in "pub like" food, we also cater to weddings and large events. Our cooks are versatile, dedicated and educated on the most up to date standards. We pay the highest kitchen wages in New England. You have to be the best to cut it in our kitchen.
Door Hosts - Our door hosts are focused on ensuring that our guests enjoy a safe and pleasurable experience at Boston Billiard Club. An outgoing personality and a good sense of humor are required.
